Valkenhuizen Sports Centre - versatile sports complex in Arnhem
Sports centre Valkenhuizen welcomes you! At a beautiful, elevated location in Arnhem North, you will find a complete and modern sports complex with extensive facilities for sports, relaxation and business meetings.
The sports centre's facilities include two swimming pools, five large sports halls, a gymnasium, various sports fields, beach volleyball courts, speed-soccer pitches, an athletics track and a baseball/softball field. There are also modern meeting rooms and an attractive catering facility.
The Variopool team recently installed a 20 x 10-metre duo-bottom here. This movable floor features an integrated staircase in a niche. Fencing can also be placed on the high part of the floor, providing additional flexibility and safety for various activities.
The sports complex offers plenty of space for a variety of sports and target groups. There is a swimming pool with a separate competition pool and target group pool, equipped with a movable floor and lift. There are also sports halls with stands, beach fields, a climbing wall, dojo hall, gymnastics hall, several football fields (grass and artificial grass) and speedsoccer fields.
Valkenhuizen Sports Centre is also well equipped for meetings, lessons and gatherings, with multifunctional rooms equipped with modern audiovisual equipment and WiFi.
