The retaining wall at any position in your pool

One of the retaining walls offered by Variopool is the horizontally movable retaining wall, available in two versions. With this solution, a basin can be divided up in almost any conceivable position. The retaining wall is easily and quickly moved with two electric boom mover buggies: electric trolleys to which the retaining wall is coupled. The wall is lifted slightly and can then be moved by swimming pool employees. After positioning, the retaining wall is anchored in the platform.

The retaining wall can be placed along the side of the pool or halfway up, allowing different activities to take place simultaneously in the two created areas. It is also possible to place starting blocks or a fence on the horizontal retaining wall. 2-part horizontal retaining wall

The two-part horizontal retaining wall offers optimum flexibility: different groups can safely use the pool at the same time and the pool can be divided up in multiple ways. The retaining wall creates a safe separation between shallow and deeper water and between different activities.

The retaining wall consists of a robust frame made of 316L stainless steel, designed to withstand all expected loads, including its own weight and the impact of diving and turning swimmers. The frame is covered with durable, non-slip polypropylene panels in white RAL 9010. These panels feature specially designed perforation slots for maximum and continuous water circulation.

The two-part retaining wall is moved via guide rails embedded in the floor, allowing placement at pre-arranged positions within the pool. Moving is done with a drive unit.
