This is the privacy statement regarding the processing of personal data of Variopool BV and its subsidiaries, located at 1724 BG Oudkarspel at Haarspit 3 (hereinafter: Variopool BV), www.variopool.nl. The subdomains concern Variopool.co.uk, Varioplay, Variodeck, Variomedic, and Holland Aqua Sight

Applicability
This privacy statement applies to all privacy-sensitive information or personal data you provide to us, for example via a registration form, contact form or orders you place. We attach great importance to the privacy of our customers and therefore take the greatest possible care in handling and protecting personal data. We process data in accordance with the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Variopool BV is the controller within the meaning of the AVG with respect to the processing of your personal data. This means that only we determine which personal data are processed, for what purpose and in what way. We are responsible for ensuring that your personal data are processed in a proper and careful manner in accordance with the AVG. In this privacy statement, we explain what data we process and for what purposes they are used.

Purpose and bases of processing personal data
By agreeing to this privacy statement, you expressly consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of the AVG to the processing of your personal data for the purposes set out below. You can withdraw this consent at any time. However, if you do not provide us with certain data or do not allow us to process it, we may not be able to serve you properly.

If you have not given us explicit permission to process your personal data or if you have withdrawn this permission, articles 6 paragraph 1 sub b, sub c and/or sub f of the AVG may apply to the processing of your personal data. Google Analytics
Through our website, a cookie is set by the US company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or insofar as third parties process the information on Google's behalf. We have no influence on this. We do/do not allow Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.

The information collected by Google is anonymised as much as possible. Your IP address is expressly not included. The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google states that it adheres to the Privacy Shield principles and is affiliated to the Privacy Shield programme of the US Department of Commerce. This implies an adequate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.”

View, correct or delete
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to data portability (‘data portability’) if we hold digital personal data that we either process with your consent or process to perform an agreement we have concluded with you.
That means you can submit a request to us to send the digital personal data we hold about you in a readable computer file to you or another organisation named by you.

You may send a request to access, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request the revocation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@variopool.nl

To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

We would also like to inform you that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national regulator, the Personal Data Authority.

Security
We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:
- encryption (encoding) of digital files containing personal data;
- securing network connections via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology;
- control of powers granted within our company
