Our professional service department is always there for you. Thanks to the ability to remotely connect to your movable floor, we can often remedy faults quickly and efficiently. In addition, we immediately optimise the settings where necessary so that your system continues to function optimally.
If it turns out that a malfunction cannot be solved remotely, an experienced service engineer will come to your site as soon as possible to remedy the problem professionally. Replacement parts are available for every movable floor we supply. This way, we ensure that the impact of any breakdown is always kept to a minimum.

Can you stand on the pool floor when it is in the highest position?
Yes! A movable floor in the highest position can be used for several purposes. See our Expertise page for more information on all purposes.
How many people can I stand on a movable floor?
The floating ability of our movable bottom allows more than 50 adults to stand on it without difficulty, depending on the situation and setup, of course. Also because of this floating ability, you don't have to worry about the bottom sinking and getting your clothes wet.
Where does the water go when you raise the pool bottom?
Our movable pool floors have grids (perforations) that allow water to pass through during movement. As the floor lies in the pool water, the installations are also located under water: at the bottom of the pool, between the movable floor and the fixed pool floor.
Thanks to this construction, a movable floor can also be installed in an existing pool. This will make your pool more efficient and sustainable in use, and you can achieve higher returns in the long run.
